Make a long story short. The top part of the t/a metal surface began to buble so I popped it. I sanded it a little then applied touch up paint to it. Waited 24 hours for it to dry. Then applied clear coat. About a month later the paint is coming off. What do I do? thanks

 

if you want to do a quick fix... sand down the bubbling area completely.. i'd go a few inches out on all sides.. and do a full repaint/blend of the area (primer/basecoat/clear)... touch-up paint won't help ya in this situation

unfortunately if its peeling in that area chances are its gonna keep going... might wanna think about a respray of the whole panel or the whole car
