Default Old Overspray removal

Hey guys I feel stupid for just now noticing this but I had my car door painted about 3 yrs ago and I don't drive it very often and it's on the passenger side so I never see it. Well the POS paint shop in Pensacola oversprayed the hell out of my sub frame connector on the passenger side and I just noticed it is more red than black. Is there anything short of repainting them black that I can do. I tried rubbing compound and clay bar to no avail.

Are your subframes painted or powdercoated black? If they are powdercoated, I wouldn't think the paint thinner would hurt.
