Default Window Replacement

Anyone able to give me a quick break down on how to replace the window in a 4th gen? I've down countless window motors but a baseball smashed the passenger window on one of my cars last night. Any advice or slight instruction would be very helpful. I'm mechanically inclined and don't need insane details so if you see this and have done it, drop a line!

If I recall correctly, you can pull the glass/rail out of the door, be it not being attatched to the window motor. But considering these were "layered" doors, I do not think the shell has to come off.

Personally I would do anything, not to have to do any major work. Take the interior skin off, and see where the window motor attatches and disconnect that from the window rail and it should just come out the top. Vaccume the extra glass inside and then get a replacement piece.
