Default Paintless body repair

I fucked up my rear quarter closest to the driver's door pretty badly. I was just gonna take it to a shop, but I really wanted to try to fix it myself.

I got it pretty darn nice, but it still feels wavy. Can a good paintless body repair man get it perfectly smooth?

Here are some pics. But, you can't even tell in them that it has any damage at all.

PDR as far as i know can only be used on hail and door dings. not big dents. the quarter will be hard to get to since they go from the back side. PDR is also pretty expensive. 1700 to fix a bunch of dime sized dings on my cobalt
