Need help with rust!
Need help with rust! This ss I am buying has set up for a few months. gets drove and crank every so often. the owner didnt know it but a dog had peed all over the wheel on the brake dust. He drover the car. It slung it all down the side of the car and on the wheel. This now a layer of rust over the clearcoat and on the wheel. Looks like it ran down a wet dirt road. I was told buy many people you can just wet sand it off and it becomes like new. Is this true?
