No they wont open the heat extractors, I asked them

I know this thread is old, but i figured I'd let everyone know what wound up happening...
I didn't get the hood off of e-bay. Instead, I found someone that was parting out his car and he had a legit US Exotics hood, and wound up buying it instead. I couldn't be happier. It's a different color than my car is, but it still looks alright. I plan on repainting it and getting it all lined up when I get back from Korea.
Anyway.. Thanks for everyone's thoughts and inputs on this.

Find someone who has one, and is willing to sell it.

It needs to be painted pretty bad. Unfortunately it'll have to wait until I come back from Korea. I don't want to paint it and then let it sit for the next year.

Why not just go with a Raptor hood. I got one a few years ago and everyone loves it. It doesn't have the heat extractors on the top of the hood, but it looks very clean and everything lines up pretty good. I kinda think the extractors on the hood give it an import look

Go snag a Raptor,, you should be happy.

Here's a question for ya MrFrostBerry,

On your inlet, and heat extractor grills, are the removeable? Just trying to figure out if they are on the inside, or if that is something Roger fab'd up as well for them....

I had about 8 hours of prep for my hood and the fit was so-so. I do like the hood though.

Do any sponsors carry the raptor hood? I'd hate to have to buy that junk off ebay...but I cant find a raptor hood from any sponsors, not a fan of the WS6 hood on birds. For $300, lower the dynamite's looks pretty good.
