need help with vfn hood install

need help with vfn hood install Ok I bought a 5" pin on VFN hood for my 98 trans am, I have no clue how put the brakets on, it has three down the sides and three in the front, they dont line up with the finder bolts and it looks like I have to cut the fenders back to make them fit but I dont want to do any of that. thanks for any help, I need some advise on what to do.
The pins will not line up with the fender bolts.
You can either use dzus rails...which are a bolt on application and run along the side of your fenders, which gives a nicer appearance then the traditional dzus pins.
Or if you are using the dzus pins...we recommend using 4 along each side and 4 in the front and back of the hood. You will use the backing plates that come with the fasteners, bend them to the shape you need...these are welded into place on the inside of your fender opening, in different locations along this opening.
If you need any of this hardware, we do offer both the rails and the fastener kits.
