People that did the ttop conversion come in OK so i have an idea that i wanted to try before i do my all out targa top but i need the hard top piece that you guys cut out, so if any one has this top piece that is in good condition as far as it's not cracked or broken let me know how much you would want for it shipped to 80524.. Thanks
why not just go to a junk yard and cut one out, that way you get exactly what you want. and it shouldnt cost to much. shipping alone is going to be pretty high, because of weight and size. just something to think about
Cause around Colorado it's hard to find a 4th gen in the junk yard and if you do it's sold to another junk yard states away before i can get to it so i was seeing if any one on here had a top they cut off in decent condition that they could hook me up with.
^^^man, it's gonna be tough. You'd REALLY have to strenthen it and figure out how to latch it....not to mention that the cut on the original roof you want to use will have to be PERFECT to the cut you make on your car. We have a couple of roof skins from the pre-production days, but like Crimson bird said, the size makes it a bitch to ship cheap. Ask Mark (6LE) for one.
Oh, and roofs are glued to the cars, and that makes it tough to pull off in one piece.
