Pin on hood questions

Pin on hood questions Picking up a pin on hood for my 91 Camaro, have some questions though.
1. Whats the cleanest way to install the hood? Wasnt looking for a pin on hood but the price is right so it will do. Looks like it has a pin in each corner of the hood. Maybe like some flush mounted pin or something? I dont mind the pins in the front, just want something clean in the back incase I get this car nice enough to show.
2. Any special locking pins since I have 94 in the garage, this car sits outside, looking for something that prevents the hood from being stolen. Although unlikely, but gives me some piece of mind.

I was thinking about going with the dzus fasteners since they are flush mount, didnt know if there was a way to prevent someone from walking off with your hood.
someone would have to have some big ***** to come and steal your hood off your car in the parking lot.
oh btw I never said, but Merry Xmas Mike!! I might be making a stop in to Just Tire next week to have some tires mounted up for my Jeep.

Thanks bud! Hope you have a good Christmas! Just let me know when you come in so I can work on the Jeep. Also let me know when u want me to mount those slicks up.
i was in today and Jay hooked it up he mounted everything including the slicks. Have you found any decent locking hood pins yet? I got my hood mounted today and if you find some, I may have to put some on mine too.

i put a pin on hood on my 93 z28.
i had 2 pins up front, n n 2 in the back. used to do 80 for like 4 months going to work and it never raised up or blew off. then i bought a 04 cobra. i bought little locks from walmart to lock on the hood. they have real tiny ones.

anyways...i used some orange thick liquid stuff and thats how i marked my spots to make sure i drilled the holes in the right spot. i picked my own locatinos for the holes tho. didnt cop someone elses pics.
