Supajut has one that im renting from him for $50 shipped to your door! It is very easy to do, he will even provide a DIY instructional video! If you have any mechinical ability you will be able to perfom this mod with no problems! I have the link some where, ill get it for you!

Are you just rolling up your lip, or are you trying to roll the lip, and push out the fender a bit? If rolling the lip, you only need a set of large and small square nose pliers and a rag, and a heat gun.
