How to fix fiberglass chip?

How to fix fiberglass chip? I am wondering what the easiest way would be to fix this chip. I thought maybe just using bondo and use touch up paint, but I know nothing about paint/bodywork so looking for suggestions. Thanks.

I have a couple of these chips on my car too. I'm just taking mine to the body shop, but the guy said the best way to fix them was with color matched touch up paint. He told me that he fills in the chips with fiberglass/filler then sand and repaints the entire panel. I'll post pics when I get it fixed up.
Id try and scuff up around the crack maybe dig into it some more and put some kitty hair down. Sand it till smooth, use some filler, sand again, and then you can either attempt to put touchup paint down by pen/brush, or try to blend it in.
I have fixed a crack in my fiberglass SS hood right on top of the headlight with this idea. I did not have kitty hair at the time but used something similar. The touchup paint isn't a 100% match and I cleared it and wet sanded and buffed. Its not 100% perfect but no one has ever noticed it besides me.
