Best appreance mod for the $?

I'm really thinking hood, high rise hatch, then tint, then springs, then wheels. Sound good? btw has anyone ever heard of JUST the scoop effect off a ram air hood? I am thinking about getting this and adding it onto my stock firebird hood. But if this guy sells it first, where can I find it online?

I would just save for a fiberglass ws6 hood, the time you have in that making it work, you would have been better off buying a new hood. Ive done it before, but eventually the filler will start cracking and you will need to redo it.
dont buy a hood, it wont look right, wont transfer over to a new car and would be pointless for now. If the money is burning a hole in your pocket, you should just send me the money and I will buy some go fast parts. 
Just tint, wheels and suspension for now. You can take that all off and replace **** on the new car. Spending any more money is like buying fake **** for an ugly chick that you KNOW you are going to break up with anyway, know what I mean?

That was a damn good analogy, my good man. I know what you mean, which is why I was looking at that scoop. I don't really like the stock hood anyway. The more I think about wheels the better of an idea I think it is, so it's working its way up my list for sure.
