Default Touch up paint

I got a few scratches and chips in my bumper that I would like to fix but I dont want to get the whole bumper repainted. Where would be the best place to get touch up paint for my car (color is SOM)?

i have gotten paint for a different car (BMW x5) from www.touchuppaintonline.com before, paint matched well for me. How bad is the spot you are trying to fix?

theres like 4-5 dime sized chips in the area near the fog light openings and a few long scratches near the headlights. I checked out that site. Do i need the clearcoat and the paint bottles?
