help getting sail panel off

I am painting my car, anyone know how to get the sail panel off and the two little triangle pieces that are beside it ? thanks for any help

You'll have to destroy the sail panel to get it off but the little triangle just have a double sided tape holding them on. Some people say small putty knife, some say butter knife...half a dozen in one...

Throw the triangles in the trash and buy new ones
