so i was taking the stripes off the hatch and as i was peeling off the corner section i noticed this after i took off the stripe. will this be a problem for me whenever i apply the new set of stripes? anyway to fix it WITHOUT having to paint it?

Still have stripe film left on the hatch.

 

stripe film = clear coat.

 

Looks like you answer your own question, put new stripes on, or re-paint hatch.
