Default Average Cost?

just curious on average what most shops would charge to fix and paint the very bottom of my rear quarter panels, theres very slight rust, only noticeable if on the ground and looking at it. I really want it fixed before it gets any worse and dont trust myself with trying to patch and match the paint myself. Also the ceta mod for anyone that has paid to have it done. I live in the south subs of chicago so if anyone knows any good shops please let me know. thanks

Any quality shop will need to see the car in person. There are way too many factors to estimate this one over the web without pictures

The pictures do not provide enough detailed information.

See the problem with rust repair is everyone has their own idea on how to fix it. Some are better than others. I personally do not estimate any rust repair without actually being able see the car in person, it avoids a whole lot of headaches.

I can see in the pictures there is more than meets the eye, and its that reason that most people who stand behind their work will not estimate it until they can see it. Even at that point, the estimate may change once you begin the repair process.
