a few questions
a few questions I picked up a 97 camaro ss slp a few months ago. the car is completely stock with a little less than 170K on the odometer. The previous owner removed the orange stripes and the paint is peeling off the hood and the passenger door. The car needs a new paint job. I love the car because its a unique combination than most other camaros (white leather, TOTL exhaust, and the fact its an SLP), But I honestly hate the look of a white car, especially on the camaro. I really would rather have black. I got the car for a steal so I know I could make some money off it just by selling it.
The main question is, should I spend the time and money stripping the car and painting it black, or just sell the car to someone who would restore and just get another project? I actually had a few plans for the car, such as putting the powertrain in an older car, but Im just undecided. Its never been wrecked, just needs a little TLC here and there. Like I I said its completely stock..
Would it be bad to paint the car a different color and start modding the car, or should I just let someone else buy the SLP and I just get another project car? I know not many of these cars exist, so What should I do? I just feel bad about modding at car that has any rarity

if you paint it go back original you get into a color change n youll never sell it n make your money back,will even be hard to if you stay original,to many miles,personally if i wasnt going to keep it id sell it just how it is,but if you like it paint it black n have a nice car,most color change jobs a a good pro shop 6-10 grand,back white 2-4 grand
