Default Caliper painting

Okay to start off, I know there is a How-to for painting calipers and I plan to use it as a guide..

However, I have some weathered, dull black paint on my calipers as we speak and would like to re-paint them. I just need a quick step by step..

Like what process should I follow to prep the calipers for paint; what grit sandpaper(s), primer, etc.? If it means anything I don't plan on clearing afterwards.

Thanks

you can do it the same way i told you on your LCARB,i would make sure to wipe them off with wax n grease remover before you sand and before you paint,if there is paint flaking you can sand with 320 grit, then with 500(i would use wet/dry sandpaper,or just a red scotch brite),sand all the shiny off where your going to paint.paint 3-4 light coats(until covered n if you want it a little slicker, then 1-2 med wet coats)3-5 min in between coats.if its raining or humide u might want to wait for a nice day, because spay can paint can blush(turn milky) can also do this if you spay it to heavy
