Dark Aqua Met T/A with suncoast ram air (LT1) 5 Attachment(s) First id like to say that the pictures ARE NOT the final end to the adjustments to fit the hood better. I put the hood on by myself and after making some initial adjustments decided to wait until I can get some help. I got the hood, bumper and head light door painted together everything matched perfectly to the rest of the car (thank god) Here are some pics of my car before and after the hood install. |
7 Attachment(s) the last pictures, it started raining so i couldn't clean it up and take some good shots of it. Other then some gap issues that i can fix the hood fits very well. Not OEM however well enough not to draw the wrong attention to it. Once i move the hood back a little and the driver head light in some there are only a few MINOR adjustments to get it to line up nearly perfect. |
looks awesome. Love that color |
Looks great! |
wow, great looking color. After you get it lined up post again please. |
very nice..........love the color! are the tail lights aftermarket? they look pro! |
Thanks! The color is a little deceiving. Looks blue in pictures but in person its looks more of a blue/green. Being more green in the shade and more blue in the sun. |

Thanks bro, the tail lights are the stock LT1's however i put tail light covers on them. People think they have been painted until i pull off a cover to show them there just covers. BTW your car looks SICK with that green! Very nice! |
http://www.hawksthirdgenparts.com/fi...smokepair.aspx I got the tail light covers here. Then i took some 2000 grit sand paper and wet sanded the white logos off. After using a 3M rubbing compound they looked like they never came with any logos. They install by press fitting them, they will just snap into place with out any tape or velcro needed. To remove them it's just as easy. Even though they are dark the lights shine through very well. |
Nice lt1 |
