fuel door removal?

Default fuel door removal?
has anyone ever taken off the fuel door before? i know the two screws come out but how do i get it off the 4 pins or whatever they are called? i dont want to bend or break anything on my car. any ideas or tips?

Ok so they do need to be drilled. The new fuel door did not come with new ones. Can I just use screws? Or do I need the rivets/pins that they use
