A friend of mine bought that car for parts... it's a prime example of how a car can look great in a pic on the internet even with atrocious paint!
Whoever painted that car left all the trim on it and got overspray all over the weatherstrips and glass, left the jambs and under the hood the original color, and painted over top of chips all over the front.
It has runs all over it as well as a sort of "non-skid" texture to thhe hood, bumpers and spoiler
