Looks like I found my next Plasti-Dip project after the new hood stripes.

That's what you used, right?

I actually used duplicolor trim paint in a rattle can. I debated using Plasti-Dip but I had some of that duplicolor left from my CETA mod so I just finished it up.

You have to take the plastic cover off from under the hatch to expose the last two screws to get the spoiler off. I think there is a total of 8 screws if I remember correctly.

Isn't there adhesive tape holding down the legs too? I'd rather not have to replace that...

nope! I thought so at first since it wouldn't easily pop off but it was just dirt and stuff holding it down. The plastic has snap on mounts so they are pretty easy to deal with, just take a little force to get out haha.

I know that the plastic needs to be removed & how to do it. I put it on in the first place & also have done it for part-outs. My TA hatch came from the junkyard (I have a Firebird) and had ebony plastic on it, so I swapped my charcoal panels onto it. Just thought it'd have foam under the supports like the SS spoilers to prevent water from getting in...

My T/A is pewter and I'm now convinced to do mine Saturday. It looks really good. I'm glad I did my CETA a few years ago because I'm not sure it'd look as good without it.
