Default Touching up NBM?

My 2002 NBM car has a couple of rock chips on the front bumper, and a nice long and big scratch on the passenger side of the front bumper. Its visible in the pic below. It looks worse in person. What can I do to temporary make it look half descent? I also have a few small scratches..

Will something like this do the job?

I've never used one of those bottle things, but I know if you go to a dealer they can mix a bottle of paint for you. I know a place like finish master can match the paint code and give you a bottle of it. I have no idea how much it costs though.

for some reason navy blue seems to be less durable than other colors, it's the color I most commonly see chips in. my front end is destroyed with rock chips. I'm just buying a quart of paint and going to try respraying the front end myself because it looks awful.

I'm curious as to whats best myself. I have a nbm z. I did try a rattle can of that duplicolor paint on my truck. Its green, but the paint matched pretty damn good using a dark primer. Only issue I have is there is a line from where the masking tape was. The color is really close though. I might try to wet sand the area to try to blend that line, then clear over it followed by a mild polish.

x2 on where you took that pic at, I want to take a pic of my car there too lol, looks like Soldier Field, but idk. Other then that I use that Dupli-Color 2 in 1 touch up paint but just on small minor parts, I don't know if I would do the long scratch on the right side bumper cause it won't blend in that good since its long and you'll notice it.

I've tried 2 navy blue rattle cans, one was decently close and the other was way off, but neither had the "purple" tint to it our cars have in certain lights. I'll see if I can find the cans and post up which was close and which wasn't. I also tried 2 different touch ups in the "pen" style so I'll see if I can find them also
