Default Check out what I found!

I was swapping my radiator out and found a nice little hole. This shouldn't be to hard to fix. I'm gonna take a drill with a wire brush on it and go over it, then take some sand paper and emory cloth to it. Then some primer and get a thin piece of sheet metal and pend it to fit and silicone it down ( don't have a welder) then paint over it again. Sound like a plan?

or cut the corner out at a 45' angle and sand/prime/paint it and forget it... If you can't weld it. What about riveting it?

Maybe jb weld instead of silicone, I would say use panel bond like some 3M 8015 but it's pretty expensive and the gun for useing it is like $75, so jb weld n some undercoating or spray paint

Just sand it down and treat it with a rust killer, something that's got phosphoric acid in it. Then scuff that after it's dry and shoot some spray paint on it and forget about it.

Maybe One Step, it's a rust converter, turns rust into a primer. They sell it or similar brands at any auto parts store.

if there is a sherwin williams paints near you they carry a little bottle of the stuff. Just ask for rust treatment and they should direct you straight to it. Or any automotive store.
