Default Real tiny ding in quarter, can i fix it?

I have a very very small ding in my quarter panel. Its hard to see unless your looking at it at the right angle. Its maybe a half inch round and very shallow,But i have a black car that doesnt have a single ding on it,so its bugging the **** outta me.And what makes it worse is i did it being lazy.My big garbage can bumped it one night when i was taking out the garbage because i didnt want to move the car out of the way..Anyways whats an easy way to fix this.Isnt there an ice or heat method or something, and its just out of reach from the inside of the panel.
