4th Gen Firebird detent roller Ive been looking for a detent roller and pin for my 2002 trans am for a few weeks with no luck. Im talking about the roller that is on the lower hinge that the spring sits against and keeps the door open.
all ive come up with are repairs for 3rd gens, but no luck with 4th gens.
also, is there a writeup on this anywhere?
Ive been tossing around the idea of pounding/cutting/drilling mine out, and then tapping the hinge so i can install a bolt/bearing.
