Default Front bumper needs help '02 T/A
I've spent a lot of time on this car fixing it up since I bought it. It was a Las Vegas car and evidently has seen some sand storms. The front bumper needs some love. A few scratches and a lot of really fine paint chips. So my question is....What would I use to do the fill work on the bumper? I've never worked on plastic before. Getting the paint to match will be a pain too.

sand the scratches and paint chips out with a DA, prime it, prep it, paint it, if the paint dont much, blend the fenders

I wonder how much a shop would charge to paint it? Mine is beat up too

The prep work is what makes the paint job look good. Around here to fix it and paint it was $600.

use a DA sander with 80 grit paper and flexible plastic filler. if youre uncomfortable with doing that i would suggest you have a shop do it

no need to use 80 grit, thats overkill and will make for more prep work , 180 grit will do the job
