Default Front air delfector help

I broke 3 of the bolts that hold the front air deflector on, on my 94 lt1 trans am. I was trying to get the broken bolts out with ez out type tool, but they were rusted in horribly bad and wouldn't come out. I ended out just poping out those metal rectangle things they screw into, so I'm wondering if I can buy new pieces to put onto the body to have the threads for the bolts. I'm talking about the 5 bolts that hold the front spoiler thing that deverts air up into the radiator.

ok, but how are they attached in there? it almost looks like a weld or something holds them on top and bottom but maybe not. I may be able to reuse my stock ones yet too if i can get the old bolts out.
