New gm fender
New gm fender Do I have a defected fender or do they all come rough,almost like a spay in bed liner all along were it bolts in the underhood compartment and on the inside cowl area by the mirror. My original is smooth. It's at the body shop and there saying they can't block it out.. It's for a 2001

Ive seen plenty of GM parts for other vehicles, and they just needed a scuff before paint. Got any pics? I just installed a GM fender on a Tahoe actually.
