Anyone know how to get rid of very very small dings on a quarter panel, when I say small u cant even see them unless you stand in the front or rear of the car and look down the car.

Pressing from the backside with paintless dent removal tools while viewed with proper lighting. Best done by experienced person as this is not an easy skill for anyone to do good without lots of practice.

I've got the same thing on my rear drivers quarter. Was wondering if anyone has had luck with something simple like dry ice (or is that method just a myth).

Don't do the dry ice method. It weakens the metal. Thats what the paintless dent repair guy i used told me. He said after you use dry ice it makes it wavy and almost impossible to fix.
