Default how to do a frame off resto...

I want to take the frame off my elkie to make sure.theres no rot on the top of it and so.i can put eastwood chassis paint on it, but im afraid I might fold the car in half...

I want to take the body off the frame but don't want to Mess it up

Unbolt the body from the frame, disconnect linkages and wiring, and lift body off using a lift, it wont fold in half unless its a rust bucket with no rockers or floors left.
