Default Sail Panel Bubbles

I need a shop in the Charlotte area that knows how to fix the roof on my 2001 TA. I live in Columbia SC, and I cant find any one that knows about this problem or how to replace the sail panel. I know about the recall GM had and the cause was the glue used to attach the sail panel. I have talked to a few body shops but they dont want to do it. I've owned the car since 2004 but it only started to show 4 years ago, its in the garage most of the time. The car is black so it shows the bubbles white. It seems like its the clear coat that is bubbling. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

only one way to fix the problem, replace the complete sail panel! 93-early 98 are the ones to use or aftermarket.

What this guy said, repainting will not fix the bubbles..
I found a panel off a 95 and did it myself. 1st attempt at any type of bodywork, took me about an hour total. I followed this thread for guidance:

I agree, removing all the panel and replacing it will be the best fix. I believe one guy in here (LS1 Tech) has actually removed the bubbles on his own without replacing the sail panel. Im sure he will come in here to give his tips

Replacing the panel is the only proven permanent fix.
