So boys, going to buy my first welder, any negative for the 211 model? Will be for body panel repair here and there, and plenty of fabrication on frames, K members, custom Trans x members, and a bit of exhaust work here and there.

Any other options out there for the same price or better? A piece that can do more for the same price? Need a good mug welder and it seems to be the ticket.

I bought one last year and have been extremely happy with it. I have never welded before getting it and now my welds look just as good as other "professionals".
Be sure to get a tank of argon and you can use the autoset feature BUT I got better welds by setting the temp and speed myself.

Either way you will definitely love welding with it and will be amazed by what it can do!

Yea, doubt I will use the auto feature. Just seems like the perfect mig machine. My flux core will have to find a new home!
