Default Trans Am Hatch Swap Problems. Help?

Okay so I bought a T/A hatch a few months ago.
Since it finally warmed up here in Michigan I pulled out the car to put it on.
I've done a lot of research and everything went smoothly.
Until it was all bolted on.

As you can see in pictures, there is a 1 inch gap between the glass and the support beam (not sure what its called but you know)
The hatch lines up with the tail lights fine.

I'm not sure what year the hatch is off.

Any ideas?
Help is appreciated!
Thank you.

Looks like you need to loosen the bolts to the hatch and push it a little closer to the sail panel.
