Default Melted.... WTF!!

What can I use to get this off?? Not entirely sure if its the resin/material thats in the emblem or the glue that holds it on.. I dont wanna just start rubbing things on it and hurt the paint. Anybody know of anything thats safe for the paint that would get this off? thanks for help guys.

Has it hardened or is it still somewhat flexible?

Holy heck

id venture to guess it was an adhesive to attach the emblem and some sort of chemical solvent if hardened would work......however itll probably "work" on the paint too.

Looks like its the resin actually that the emblem is made from. Man, that must have gotten friggin hot! You may get lucky if you let it cool completely and just try to peel it off. If it hardens fully again, you might get it off pretty easy

Its hardened but pretty much hardened to the bumper. Im just not sure what to use on it w/o hurting the paint. I guess no one has seen this before?? In southwest florida. Car is daily driven and garaged I guess the badge just had enough.
