Default Paint process for trim and t top brace

Looking into painting my hood scoop grill, T top brace, and t top molding and windshield cowl with a rattle can.

Just curious what you guys would do for prep and paint stages? I've read that an adhesive promoter and trim or vinyl paint works good for the molding and maybe the grill.

Also for the brace to do gloss black and clear coats. I've seen lacquer and enamel paints, which one should I go with?
I'm not looking to go crazy with it just simple. How would you go about painting these? Thanks
