Touch up paint pen, fix
Previous owner used what I assume is a paint pen to touch up scratches. Problem is, it's raised above the factory paint and stands out. Can I sand this down to smooth it down or will that just cause a bigger eyesore? Also does duplicolor color match spray work as good as advertised?

you can try to wetsand/buff it out....but without clear over it...it will problably take the paint back off. the paint in those pins is all water and crap.
the only way to make it look like new....is sand it down to smooth, primer (if necessary), paint, clear. its easiest to do the entire panel as a whole IMHO.
