Quarter panel/insurace help needed!! Ok guys and girls, I am calling all cars here and need any help or suggestions anyone has.....
I have a 2002 Camaro SS that I have had since new. It is a daily driver, but also built to show. Every aftermarket part of the car is from a quality company with no short cuts. So 2 months ago I get into a 4 car wreck. Car behind me gets slammed into and causes a chain reaction. It was a low impact on my car and surprisingly only paint damage on the front and rear bumpers. In fact the rear bumper could almost be buffed out. It seems the CME took the brunt of the impact as it was broke in two. The main damage though was "wrinkles" that formed on the lower rear quarter panels between the rear tires and the door. All the panels and the hatch are straight. Now the insurance company, I went through mine, is claiming that there is no way the damage was caused during the wreck. At first it was claimed it happened when I did WannaGoFast 2 months prior. When I said I had pictures and witnesses to dispute that it turned into, well we aren't sure how it happened, but we know it didn't happen in the wreck. I hate these people!!

I'm not sure what anyone here can do to help, if the insurance company refuses to pay (both yours and theirs) then you'd have to file a suit. I assume you'd need to get some expert documentation from a couple of body shop sources saying that the damage could indeed have been done by this collision. Honestly, it sounds like it's time for a better insurance company - though that won't do much to help you now.

those are pressure buckles. Take it to a good reputable bodyshop for advice in writing. A good frame machine guy will probably find the stress in floor pan or frame rails underneath. Take estimate to guy that hit you as his company is on the hook for repair or totaling it.
Pull the rear bumper and impact absorber off you will find the damage indicators hiding under there. A frame machine will be the teller of the tale with the measurements it gives. No damm way possible outside of the collision that damage could have occured.
