Default how to fix this paint issue

I had a long scratch on the hatch of my TA. I sanded the scratch out and then lightly scuffed the clear coat down with 1000 grit. I primered the area, wet sanded it and then sprayed 4 coats of base coat on. Heres what im left with after wet sanding the base coat with 1500 grit.

I did not spray the entire hatch, as you can see.
Thanks

Hard to tell from this pic.... is that a reaction? Did the base coat crinkle as or right after you sprayed?

You should have prepped in a minimum of 800 for the primer and then after you base coat it don't sand it just go straight to clear and then wet sand and polish.

Its the clear you sprayed going farther than what was prepped. Sometimes you can fix it with spraying more blender solvent but because it's a glamour panel I suggest repaint

you did not have to sand the base unless you got dirt in it. I suggest a sand down with 400 go back over with 800 wet and paint/clear the entire panel. make sure when sanding don't use just your hands. use a flat block otherwise you will see that repaired area once you get clear back on it
