broken window - replacement window regulator?

Some crackhead broke my passenger window and stole my laptop in my 1999 firebird.

I went to an autoglass place here in Houston and they told me some "rollers that hold up the window broke" and that I would have to order parts.

Can anyone tell by looking at the pictures if I'll need a new window regulator to rivet in or is it another part? Thanks.

Man, that sucks, sorry to hear it. The part that holds the window is the channel. It's semi-common to have the rear roller rip off, but that's about it. Both of the regulator rollers look like they're still in the channel, and the spring is in place, which means your regulator didn't unwind. So all of that (from what I can tell) appear to be alright. Take off your door panel and have a better look at it. There are three rivets that hold the window to the channel, that's it.

If you watch the video here (courtesy of Shoebox), you can get a sense of how things are supposed to work in there. And I'd take it to another shop, they sound like idiots.
