1994 Formula Floor Pans
Hoping for some advice. I bought this 94 Formula knowing it was rough.
I just pulled the interior as it was rough and a little damp. Ran into floorboard rust, gotta figure out how to address that. It has been a Florida car it’s whole life, but it gets wet and humid down here. K Member, subframes, quarter panels, rockers and torque arms are very solid.
Do you think patching it or fabricating my own new panels would be a good way to go. Or finding a donor car?
Thanks!

If not, clean it up from up top as advised above, coat it with POR-15, and build it up using All-Metal or similar product. On a car like that, I wouldn't go to radical surgery unless it's a rare model or you have some special attachment to the car.
Case in point, I did the above treatment to a rusty trunk pan on a daily driver 69 LeMans and it lasted well beyond my time to two of my kids who each had it for their car.
