02 TA - Replacement key for door

02 TA - Replacement key for door I don't have a key for the door of my '02 TA - How can I get a key replacement (I don't want to swap out the tumbler)? Is there a way to get the lock key code and have a key cut?
And why don't I have a door key you may ask - my daughter had her car stolen and wrecked. My wife badgered me into lending the daughter my TA until she got her car situation worked out - it's not my daily driver. A year later she was still driving the TA...well...until she smashed up the front end, then all of a sudden she can work her car issue out and returned my TA on the back of a roll off. "Where's the door key" I asked; "I don't know what happened to it" was the response (BTW, my daughter is not a kid - she is 40yo). While getting the body work done, I asked the body shop if they can get the key replaced. When I went to pick up the car, the shop told me that they had a locksmith come out, but he couldn't get it done. Now what to do????? For now I keep nothing of value in the car and don't lock the doors.
