Hi all, I am doing a rattle can paint job on my LS swapped 1971 AMX. I am looking for the blackest matte Spray paint I can get that will last. I have looked at Black 4.0, but supposedly it's a fragile finish .My car gets driven and beaten on, but I want as black as I can get. Any suggestions?

 

Any reason you need to rattle can it and not use a spray gun? Even a cheapo $20 harbor freight HVLP gun works great, that would probably open your options up substantially and give a MUCH better finish.
