Driver (door panel) got worse loose. What kind of sealant makes a strong seal on it?

I tried find information on YouTube and no luck..

Pull the door off use SMC panel bonding adhesive and clamps to cinch it all back together LORD fuzor, and 3M SMC panel panel bond are two you can use. There are no shortcuts and there is no other adhesive you can use anything else and any other methods are a waste of your time and will not work successfully.
