How To Install A Vinyl Decal

Ok, i just got a hoop scoop insert decal for my 02 SS. I was wondering if this can be done at home? any suggestions anyone?

16 ounce spray bottle of water. 2/3 water 1/3 rubbing alcohol and 10 drops of soap. Soak paint and vinyl before applying, squegee out water wait 10 mintues, spray mixture on top of transfer tape till it wrinkles, let sit for 2-3 mintues then peel off. squegee out remaining bubbles, let sit in sun for a few days. then ENJOY! thats the exact way i did my side stripes. if u need anymore info, pm
