How to install and uninstall frame rails????

Default How to install and uninstall frame rails????

I have a 2001 camaro ss and the frame rails need to be replaced..what is the cleanest way to cut these out...then how to install new ones? Mig weld???

You may be in over your head here. But you have to drill out all the spot welds to remove it, the way it was put on.

Is it the lower or upper rail? The upper is easier then the lowers.

frame rails? u mean subframe connectors? our cars are unibody=no frame rails

There are frame rails integrated into the unibody structure in the front and rear of the car, but that's one of those things that if you have to ask... you should probably be leaving the task in the hands of someone more experienced.
