fender removal stupid question but could someone give me a few tips on removing the front passenger fender on an 02 camaro. does it involve removing the hood or front bumper. can the moulding/ss emblem be reused or should i order new ones? like can i heat them up and pull them off and just use new dual sided tape? i havent gotten into it yet but i wanted to know what i was getting into before i started. thanks
you aint gotta take any of that off. theres bolts along the top, 2 down by the rocker pannel 1 on the inside by the door and 2 at the very end of the bumper. gonna have to move some of the air duct tog et the 2 under the bumper though
just did this project about a month ago. it can be done without removing hood or bumper. kind of a pain in the ***. i had the new fender that i looked at for reference points to see where all the bolts are. a couple of the bolts are difficult to get to. putting the new fender on is much easier than taking the old one off
