So much easier than it sounds
Black vinyl insters for "pontiac" and Reflective black vinyl overlays for the center piece, then exterior is done.

Looks great good job! I would go with muffinbuster's stainless steel rear inserts though.

it would look out of place and un balanced. The car's red and black and all of a sudden there is chrome. IMO at least it would be.

It won't look out of place, trust me. The stainless will stand out SOOOO much more than the black. Stainless will match everything perfectly.

I had the stainless inserts on my real ceta and it looked beautiful, I will be buying them again for this car as well.

Its very suttle, sorry for the low light, the pics are kinda old and i dont have many of them. I appologize, its not like your car will be full of chrome everywhere though, just so you get the idea

Sorry for taking so long to respond. I used Ultra Flat Black Krylon spray paint and it came out EXACTLY how I wanted.
