yup it fixable, dont know how much of a body man you are but it takes some pretty handy stuff to do it. Find out what kind of plastic it is and go to your local paint store and tell them what kind it is and tell them you want the plastic repair made by 3m its an epoxy two part glue, but you have to v-grove both sides where cracked and sand with like 40grt sand paper around that area then put some fibre glass tape behind the panel and and tape the front of the crack so that when you start filling in the crack from the back the glue does not seep out, after you fill the crack with glue( you have to work quickly because the work time is like three mins) you put some automotive tape over the glue while it is wet and let it dry. then remove the tape and everything will be smooth except the front, so you will have to put some glue in the front and repeat the taping procedure.
