How to remove the spoiler?
Not sure if this is in the right section but, how would I go about removing a spoiler on my 2001 WS.6? Im mainly doing this to drop weight at the track. Does anyone have some quick instructions, thanks.

^According to a weight reduction stickey in the drag racing section it weights 35 lbs which all adds up. Plus I would only have it for the day I go to the track. Ive seen TA's w/o a spoiler and they look real fugly.

i took my spoiler off when i painted my TA you just have to remove the cover under the truck lid and theres like 6-8 10mm bolts holding it on and dont forget to disconnect the wire to your third taillight or you will be one unhappy camper!

definitely fugly. i dunno if its worth it. that spoiler and your foglights. are the the things that seperate you from the v6's. are ready to give up your cars identity? especially around a bunch of other car guys. they are all going to laugh at you.
J/K hope it helps in the 1/4. make sure you post up if it helped.
